I had already downloaded drivers from HP site. Since it had free DOS pre installed, I immediately installed Windows 10 pro 64 bit.
It has AMD Raedon R4 integrated graphics. I had to contact NVIDIA support for how to fix this issue and I am going to leave the instructions that I was given to fix it in case anyone else has this issue because when I was looking for solutions I couldn't find anything so I hope this will help someone down the line if you suffer from this. 0 I bought a new hp laptop from e-commerce site 'Snapdeal'. To be clear this is my first laptop ever so I don't know much about this type of stuff I don't know why it does this but if someone can tell me how to stop it from doing this then please do let me know. This leads to the NVIDIA Control Panel not being able to be opened and I cannot change the graphics I am using through it. It will always switch back to integrated graphics for some reason. After getting my new G14, for whatever reason every 2-3 days, my laptop will not longer use and detect the 3060 within my laptop.
